1. Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide proof of the damage, such as clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
3. Incorrect Orders:
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect items at our expense.
4. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved.
